SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Processing Time: Orders ship within 1-3 business days after confirmation

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 15:00 (GMT+8) on business days are processed same day; later orders processed next business day

Weekends/Holidays: No processing; orders processed next business day

Peak Seasons: Processing may extend to 3-5 business days (announced on website)


2. FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to all our customers worldwide.

Note: While we cover the shipping cost, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.


3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary by destination and are calculated from the date of shipment (not order date):

North America (United States, Canada):
- Estimated: 7-15business days

Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.):
- Estimated: 7-15 business days

Oceania (Australia, New Zealand):
- Estimated: 7-15 business days

Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Important:
- EU/UK Customers: VAT may be collected at checkout depending on order value
- US Customers: Most orders under $800 USD enter duty-free
- Other Countries: Customs duties and import taxes may apply, paid by recipient

Duty Responsibility:
- Items below local duty-free threshold may be exempt
- Duty amounts determined by destination country customs
- We cannot predict or control duty amounts
- Packages refused due to duties: customer bears shipping costs


6. ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number within 1-3 business days after order confirmation

Track orders in "My Account" or using the tracking link provided

Tracking updates may have 24-48 hour delay, especially during international transit


7. SHIPPING DELAYS

Possible Delay Reasons:
- Customs clearance delays (most common for international orders)
- Severe weather
- Holiday peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year)
- Uncontrollable events (pandemics, strikes, etc.)

Our Commitment:
- Notify you of known delays via email
- Assist with package status inquiries
- Lost packages (30+ days with no tracking update): replacement or full refund


8. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR UNDELIVERABLE

Customer Responsibility:
- Ensure shipping address is accurate and complete
- Incorrect address causing return: customer pays reshipping costs

Undeliverable Handling:
- Carrier attempts delivery, then returns package to us
- Upon return, we contact you to arrange: reship (additional fee) or refund (minus shipping costs)


9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages:
- Tracking shows delivered but not received: check surroundings, ask family/neighbors
- Confirm lost: contact us within 7 days, investigation within 48 hours
- Confirmed lost: replacement or full refund

Shipping Damage:
- Inspect package and items upon receipt
- If damaged: contact us within 48 hours with photos
- We cover shipping; arrange replacement or refund


10. SPECIAL NOTES FOR BEDDING ITEMS

- Large items (comforters, quilt sets) may ship in multiple packages
- Packages may arrive at different times
- Each package has separate tracking number
- All items ship from the same warehouse in Nanning, China

Signature Required:
- High-value orders (over $200 USD) may require signature
- Failed delivery: carrier will reattempt or leave notice
